This delightful set tells the story of The Salt Water People from along the Coastline of Australia. They enjoy foods from land and from sea. They had a diet very plentiful and rich consisting of fruits, nuts, seeds, berries. Food was also caught from in the sea by spearing, diving and nets. There is a story card attached to this set that tells how these people of this land lived. Set contains Humpy dwelling, tree, 4 x sea life animals, person in long boat with spear, and a play mat that converts to a bag to store away and carry.

This product is the design by an Indigenous woman of the Nunukul, Nughie and Gorenpul people of Quandamooka (Moreton Bay, QLD)
Royalties are paid to the artist and the product, with permission, is produced by a Fair Trade group in Bangladesh which assists to support women in the community with dignity and respect.
