Designed by Indigenous Artist Sherren Gross
.Hunting is a special tradition in Indigenous Australia culture. Men traditionally are the hunters, and women are the gatherers.
Hunting can be tracking animals on land or spear fishing in the water. The Aboriginal connection to the land and sea is sacred.
The men traditionally hunted but always only caught enough to feed their tribe, ensuring that animal and sea populations remain sustainable. Today the traditions are practiced and the culture is strong for future generations to keep and pass on.
